DESCRIPTION:You’re Invited!\nWe invite you into a space of healing\, creativity\, and connection. This group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) retreat—hosted by Art of Counseling in collaboration with Dr. Becca Lenz\, APRN\, DNP\, PMHNP-BC\, AGNP-BC\, PAT-C of Merkaba Integrative Psychiatry—is designed to help you slow down\, tune inward\, and experience the restorative power of community. \nAt Art of Counseling\, we believe healing happens when we feel seen\, supported\, and connected. Alongside Becca’s clinical expertise and compassionate presence\, this retreat combines the medicine of ketamine with grounding practices\, creative exploration\, and shared reflection. Together\, we create space for insight\, release\, and renewal. \nWhether you are a caregiver\, therapist\, healer\, or simply someone longing for deeper self-understanding\, this retreat offers a chance to pause\, reconnect with yourself\, and carry that clarity forward into your everyday life. \n*this is a NON-RESIDENTIAL event \nWhat you can expect:\n\nSoulCollage® practices to support intention setting and integration.\nArt therapy practices that support both preparation and integration of your experience.\nMind-body awareness through gentle movement\, meditation\, and somatic practices.\nA supportive medicine session held within the safety of the community and skilled facilitation.\nOpportunities for reflection through journaling\, creative expression\, and group dialogue.\nContinued integration during an online circle the week after the retreat.\n\nSchedule\nFriday\, May 15th @ 8:30 am–4:30 PM | In-person at Art of Counseling (group room 325)\n\nWelcome and orientation\nIntroduction to SoulCollage®\nAncestral Archetypical Cards\nSeasons Archetype Cards\nLunch Break (on own)\nCard-making and Card readings\nPreparation for medicine day\nCommunity sharing\n\nSaturday\, May 16th @ 8:30 AM–3:30 PM | In-person at Art of Counseling (Gathering Ground Collective room 360)\n\nMedical check-in\nMorning grounding practices & community circle\nMedicine session\nLunch break (provided)\nCreative integration & movement activities\nClosing circle\n\nThursday\, May 21st @ 6 PM–7:30 PM | Virtual\n\nVirtual integration circle\n\nCost & Registration\nRetreat Cost\n$650 per person (Early bird discount of $600 EXTENDED to April 16th!) \nHow to Register\nTo reserve your spot in the retreat\, we invite you to purchase your ticket first.
