Taylor Osterud, MA, LPCC, ATR.    

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Register Art Therapist, Psychotherapist, Adaptive Internal Relation (AIR) Network trained therapist, and DBT Trained.

Through the creative process, clients can gently uncover their truths. Taylor’s approach as a therapist is to promote insights that allow for self-compassion, confidence, and healing. 

Taylor’s approach to therapy is to authentically create a safe space to share and explore through the creative process. Art therapy provides an outlet for expression when words are not enough. Art can be a conduit for healing. Taylor uses art as way to encourage communication, insight, and start the process of self-healing. Taylor will work at your pace with no judgment or pressure; this is your journey. Taylor believes in trusting the process and where it will take you and guide you to find your authentic self.

Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy and Liberal Arts for Human Services at the University of Minnesota, Morris. She has received her Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy. She is a member of the Minnesota Art Therapy Association and the American Art Therapy Association. Taylor is certified in Adaptive Internal Relation (AIR) Network and trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
