Through the creative process clients can gently uncover their truths. Taylor’s approach as a therapist is to promote insights that allow for self-compassion, confidence, and healing.
Taylor’s approach to therapy is to create a safe space to share and explore the truths about yourself. Art therapy provides an outlet to express your feelings, anxieties, and stressors. Taylor will work at your pace with no judgment or pressure; this is your journey. Taylor uses art as way to encourage communication, insight, and start the process of self-healing. Taylor believes in trusting the process and where it will take you and guide you to find your truths and strengths.
Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy and Liberal Arts for the Human Services at the University of Minnesota, Morris. She has received her Masters of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy. She is a member of the Minnesota Art Therapy Association and the American Art Therapy Association. Taylor is trained in Adaptive Internal Relation (AIR) Network.
