Through the creative process clients can gently uncover their truths. Taylor’s approach as a therapist is to promote insights that allow for self-compassion, confidence, and healing.
Taylor’s approach to therapy is to authentically create a safe space to share and explore through the creative process. Art therapy provides an outlet to express your feelings, anxieties, and stressors. At times words are not enough to fully express what we are feeling; art can be a conduit for healing. Taylor uses art as way to encourage communication, insight, and start the process of self-healing. Taylor will work at your pace with no judgment or pressure; this is your journey. Taylor believes in trusting the process and where it will take you and guide you to find your authentic self.
Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy and Liberal Arts for the Human Services at the University of Minnesota, Morris.
