Kristi Anderson

Kristi Anderson, BA

Mental Health Practitioner

Kristi Anderson (she/her) is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  She has supported folks experiencing substance misuse, adverse childhood experiences, and complex PTSD. Her passions and training include the Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network, which addresses complex-PTSD and dissociative abilities, and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), which addresses childhood trauma and the resulting symptoms of developmental immaturity and relationship dysfunction.

She focuses on helping individuals understand and express their identity by getting to know the unique person, including their strengths and struggles. Kristi finds great value in the importance of understanding how environmental and systemic factors may influence behavior and affect individuals. She is on the Minnesota Psychological Association (MPA) Ethics Committee. She spends her free time trying to teach her cats to walk on a leash so they can all enjoy nature together.
