Nick Howard, BA
Marriage and Family Intern, DBT Trained
Nick is passionate about creating a collaborative space of healing for individuals, couples, and families. He believes that his clients know the most about the struggles they are facing and that through dialogue, clients can uncover creative solutions and an understanding of their problem that is most meaningful to them. Nick sees himself someone who will help facilitate these healing conversations through careful listening, empathetic attunement, and curious questions.
Along with dialogue, Nick believes deeply in incorporating creativity, the body, and spirit into his healing work. He has a background in visual art and an interest in mindfulness, yoga, and dance. Nick is currently in the process of receiving his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University and is under the supervision of Heather Matson LMFT, ATR-BC, ATCS.
