Bio
Dr. Becca Lenz is a board-certified psychiatric and adult-geriatric nurse practitioner who blends science and spirit to support whole-person healing. She is the founder of Merkaba Integrative Psychiatry, a Minnesota-based practice rooted in the belief that deep healing occurs when we treat the mind, body, and soul together.
Through her collaborative work with Art of Counseling, Becca offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) medical clearance visits. Her approach honors both evidence-based medicine and sacred inner transformation.
Becca is passionate about bridging traditional psychiatry with emerging treatments such as nutritional psychiatry and psychedelic care. She brings warmth, humility, and reverence into each encounter, honoring the innate wisdom that each client holds.
