Taylor’s (she/her) approach as a therapist is to promote insights that allow for self-compassion, confidence, and healing. Taylor seeks to authentically create a safe space to share and explore through the creative process. Art therapy provides an outlet for expression when words are not enough. Art can be a conduit for healing. Taylor uses art as a way to encourage communication, insight, and start the process of self-healing. Taylor will work at your pace with no judgment or pressure; this is your journey. Taylor believes in trusting the process and where it will take you and guiding you to find your authentic self.
Taylor has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorder, grief and loss, dissociative disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and LGBTQ+ community. She will integrate talk therapy, trauma-informed practices, and empathy to assist you in reaching your goals. Taylor’s enjoys working with late adolescence, emerging adults, and adults.
