Bio
Nikki believes people naturally make meaning through experience, relationship, and creativity. Many individuals come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or hard on themselves, often carrying patterns that once helped them cope but no longer feel helpful. Therapy offers space to slow down, get curious about what lies beneath these experiences, and reconnect with parts of oneself that may feel protective, overlooked, or overwhelmed.
In her work with clients, Nikki approaches experiences with curiosity and care, recognizing that many responses developed as meaningful ways of coping. Therapy becomes a place to understand these patterns, process trauma at a manageable pace, and build greater safety, flexibility, and self-trust. She integrates both conversation and experiential processes — including creative and body-based approaches when helpful — to support insight and lasting change.
Nikki’s work is compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational. Rather than focusing on fixing or eliminating difficult emotions, her approach emphasizes building awareness, psychological flexibility, and cultivating a more compassionate and supportive relationship with oneself. She adapts therapy to support varying communication styles, pacing needs, and ways of thinking and experiencing the world. When appropriate, Nikki offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as part of ongoing therapy or as a focused treatment experience, including preparation and integration support.
