St. Paul Spring Art Crawl, ‘Reflections of the Self’ Art Show, Artist Attic Sale, and Upcoming Cinema Series Teaser!

Join us in admiring the power of art and community during St. Paul’s Spring Art Crawl!

Step into our waiting room and experience a fresh collection of artwork created by members of our staff and Mental Health Professionals, Art Therapists, and Expressive Arts Therapists at Art of Counseling. This new collection, titled Reflections of the Self: Art and Inner Harmony will include artwork that explores the many facets of the self and the internal harmony that comes from embracing each part to better understand one’s inner relationship.

In our Wellness and Learning Center, discover the Artist Attic Sale—a rummage sale by artists, for artists. Browse artwork, handmade goods, art supplies, used studio gear, books, and more. A portion of proceeds supports our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Fund, created in partnership with Thank You Life, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to help reduce the financial barrier to life-changing psychedelic-assisted therapy.

PLUS enjoy a teaser of our upcoming “Cinema Series” before our official kick-off on May 8th! Saturday, April 26th, only, join us for a free screening of Fantastic Mr. Fox at 1 PM & 4 PM, followed by an opportunity to reflect and respond through art making and creative expression (supplies will be provided). Bring a comfy seat and enjoy some popcorn while supplies last.

Art of Counseling will be open to visitors during the hours listed below. Come and spend some time with us to contemplate the art in our Reflections of the Self Art Show, find treasures at our Artist Attic Sale, and enjoy the wonderful world of Fantastic Mr. Fox before you go!
