Summer 2025 – 3 Day Double Holotropic Breathwork Workshop – Twin Cities, MN

Join Midwest Breathwork and Art of Counseling for a Double Holotropic Breathwork workshop right here in St. Paul, MN, from the afternoon on Friday, July 25th, through the afternoon on Sunday July 27th. This workshop contains 4 breathwork sessions, allowing each participant the opportunity to experience “breathing” and “sitting” twice. This transformative weekend offers a unique opportunity to explore the depths of your consciousness through supported breathwork sessions. Whether you’re new to Holotropic Breathwork or have previous experience, this workshop will provide you with the opportunity and space for deep self-exploration and healing.
