Bio

Amanda (she/her) believes that healing happens in relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. She works to create a safe, supportive space where the therapeutic relationship becomes a source of connection, empowerment, and self-discovery. At the heart of her work is the belief that every person has inherent dignity and worth.

Amanda’s approach is rooted in a feminist multicultural framework, which means she considers each person within their cultural, historical, and systemic contexts. She values peoples’ lived experiences and recognizes how power dynamics, intersectional identities, and systems can shape both challenges and resources. She believes people are doing the best they can with the resources available to them, and that therapy can be a place to expand access to care, support, and healing.

She enjoys working with children, teens, and adults of all ages, offering a relational and dignity-focused approach that honors individuals as the experts of their own lives.

Currently working under the supervision of Billie Gray (PsyD, LP)
