Dana’s (she/her) core values inform her approach to therapy and are rooted in respect, acceptance, graciousness, and hope.  Dana believes you are the expert in your life and her role as a clinician is to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.  She believes human beings are unique and she caters her approach to each individual client by collaborating with you to meet your unique needs, goals, values, and strengths.  

Dana brings a strengths-based focus from the very beginning of therapy and carries it through to the end, helping you feel empowered, encouraged, and heard. She is passionate about helping others heal from trauma and find meaning and purpose in their life.
