About this workshop
Breathwork For Holistic Healing is a hybrid experiential training designed to teach clinicians how to incorporate different types of breathwork into their work with clients. The workshop focuses on practical application through teaching, direct experience, and clinical reflection. Participants will explore how breathwork can support nervous system regulation, greater presence, and expanded capacity, while gaining a broader understanding of how different approaches can be used skillfully in client work.
Intended for clinicians and helping professionals.
Core Outcomes
- Apply practical breathwork approaches that support nervous system regulation, presence, and capacity in clinical settings.
- Understand how different types of breathwork and the Holotropic paradigm can be used to build presence, resilience and expanded capacity.
- Experience breathwork (including 2 hour Neurodynamic journey) in a guided setting so the material is understood both conceptually and experientially.
