Bio

My name is Cecilia (she/her/hers), and I ground my practice in a holistic approach. I believe that every part of the human experience can be explored for healing. It is important for me to honor and support the unique perspectives and lived experiences of those I work with. I believe everyone deserves to find health and stability through therapy. As a person of color, I draw on my lived experiences and deep understanding of systemic barriers to ensure that my practice remains accessible, empowering, and equitable for everyone. I appreciate talk therapy and believe a narrative approach to healing allows everyone to share their story in a meaningful way.

I am a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology with diverse clinical experience serving children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, day treatment, school-based therapy, group therapy, and correctional settings. Through these experiences, I have worked with individuals presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and complex psychosocial needs. My training has fostered a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practice.

Currently practicing under the superivison of Dr. Billie Gray, PsyD, LP
