Bio

Bridget’s therapeutic approach is integrative in nature and rooted in her emphasis on mindfulness and transpersonal counseling as well as Gestalt. She also draws from humanistic and DBT philosophies. Her work is strengths-based and holistic, recognizing the divineness of the whole person-body, mind, and spirit. Humans have the inherent wisdom and ability to heal within, and she is here as a collaborator and fellow traveler on their journey. She is client focused and incorporates the modalities that will be most beneficial for the individual. She utilizes her knowledge of trauma informed yoga and focuses on a somatic bottom-up approach to invite folks to deepen their relationship with their bodies and the present moment. Creative expression provides potent healing and life fulfillment, so she welcomes and encourages clients to tap into their unique form. She has special interests in women’s health and cycle syncing, nutritional/exercise support, herbalism, and ayurveda. She is currently in her final year at Naropa University based in Boulder, CO, pursuing her M.A. in clinical mental health counseling.
