Bio
Lillian (she/her) is a humanistic, person-centered therapist who believes that healing begins with authentic connection, mutual respect, and a strong therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a comfortable, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Lillian views therapy as a collaborative process and honors each client as the expert on their own life.
Lillian has a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). She understands the unique challenges that can accompany persistent emotional suffering and believes that healing remains possible, even when hope feels difficult to access. In addition to her therapeutic training, she brings knowledge of psychopharmacology and interventional psychiatry, allowing her to thoughtfully support clients navigating medication treatments and innovative interventions such as TMS and ketamine-assisted therapies.
Lillian approaches therapy from a strengths-based perspective and believes that every person possesses inherent strengths, even when depression, trauma, or self-doubt make them difficult to recognize. She believes that people are succeeding when they are doing their best with the resources and capacity available to them each day. Through warmth, curiosity, and compassion, she helps clients reconnect with their resilience, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their values.
Lillian is currently working under the supervision of Taylor Osterud LPCC, ATR, MA.
